Shake MP3 Player Concept

Kenneth Tay certainly loves him some action oriented music, hence coming up with the Shake MP3 player concept. It will rely on kinetic energy to keep the internal battery going, just like how a fair number of watches do currently. Unfortunately, I’m not certain how much shaking is called for whether you’re a hardcore music lover, since an MP3 player certainly requires way more juice to operate compared to a watch. that thing even comes with a screen, and we all know any device with a display sucks up even more potential no matter how efficient it is. Being a concept excuses it from such design considerations I guess.

Ultra Precise Digital Tire Gauge

How much more precise can you get other than displaying digital figures with that tire gauge? The large backlit LCD display will show your current tire pressure in 0.1psi reading increments, letting you construct a more accurate decision each duration you decide to fill up your tire with air. that $59.95 device will come with a 5-year warranty, a gauge range of 0 to 60psi and a hose length of up to 12″. I suppose with gas prices spiralling upwards, it makes more sense to see folks pay more attention to their tire inflation to save whatever money they can. Remember, it is best to take a reading while the tires are cold for the most accurate picture possible.

Word is out that Buffalo has taken an official stance with regards to news that they will be supplying replacement 32GB and 64GB SSDs for upcoming Asus Eee PC 901s when September rolls around. In addition, the Japanese company has remained tight-lipped about read and write speeds, since they claim that both SSDs are currently undergoing a examining phase. Guess the €90 and €175 price tags for the 32GB and 64GB models won’t carry any water at that point in time since we’ll have to wait until the official press release.

The Handy robotic hand is now readily available to lend a, er, helping hand when we need it, particularly in domestic tasks like “washing, hammering, painting, digging, and kneading.” I guess our imagination’s the limit, but something tells me that the more perverse side of human nature would keep the Handy pretty well lubed for their own personal use. Handy is equipped with USB and MIDI ports, and boasts wireless connectivity to hook up with iPods, keyboards and compatible computers. I suppose you could use one of these to hold your cell phone in the car for an alternative hands-free experience.

T-Mobile’s latest device will be plainly known as the Sidekick, somewhat resetting the entire scene to where it was at the beginning. Of course, it won’t carry specifications from 2002 but will instead feature the following :-
400 x 240 WQVGA display

Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP connectivity
microSD memory card slot
It will cost you $149.99 along with a 2-year contract, and you can go nuts customizing the shells for $14.99 each.
