More than one million Joost iPhone apps downloaded

Joost announced that more than one million iPhone and iPod Touch users have downloaded the free Joost application from Apple’s App Store.

Over their Wi-Fi connection, iPhone and iPod Touch users can use the global web video service’s app to enjoy thousands of

hours of movies, comedy, drama,  music, documentaries, sci-fi and sports.

Ssince the Joost iPhone App is ad-supported, similar to the web-based version,  that service is free to all the Apple’s mobile device users.
