Of course, FCC report or not, it’s always good to get a nice press release, and that’s just what Dell has done. that Android-powered smartphone will be hitting the shelves in China Mobile later that month,

and Brazil’s Claro network (no wonder the device was sighted in Brazil) will get it by the end of the year.
