5 Dalai Lama iPhone Apps Blocked by Apple in China

Apparently Apple is blocking five iPhone applications in the Chinese App Store which are related to the Dalai Lama and Uighur leader Rebiya Kadeer reports an essay by on totaltele, and makes Apple the latest to sensor services in China.
Apple spokesperson, Trudy Miller has said that Apple complies with local laws and not all applications are available in every country.
China sees both Rebiya Kadeer and the Dalai Lama as “separatists.” Some
of the banned iPhone applications include info on Nobel peace prize winner Kadeer and quotes from the Dalai Lama.Designer of the Dalai Lama quotes app, James Sugrue has stated he wasn’t told by Apple that his application was unavailable in China, but Apple does reserve the right to do that.
