Both the HTC Desire HD and HTC EVO 45 sport 4.3 inc touch screens, 8 megapixel cameras with LED flash while the EVO 4G has a 1st generation Snapdragon processor and the HTC Desire HD uses a 2nd generation Snapdragon, of course the EVO 4G does come with a kickstand which is lost on the HTC Desire HD although the HD does offer an aluminium unibody.
