Unfortunately, though, there is still not a lot of specialized 3D composition for the Grilli3D overlay, but Grilli is providing directions so users can create either photos or videos for the 3D screen tech on Adobe Photoshop or Final Cut Pro.

For iPad owners who are envious of other tablets and phones with special 3D screens that come with or without special glasses, Grilli is hoping to appease the 3D consumption appetite for iOS owners with a special screen overlay that aims to deliver a similar 3D viewing experience sans special glasses. The overlay would be applied on top of the iPad’s glass display, and will convert the iPad’s display into a 3D screen for the price of $30, with iPhone and iPod Touch overlays coming soon.
