Looks like there’s another super-thin Android based smartphone on its way from NEC for Japan and will be offered by the countries largest carrier NTT DoCoMo, and the new handset is known as the Medias ES N-05D, which word has it is to release sometime in February or March and sports a few impressive specifications….
